I was expecting my package on the 21st cause that's what we were told! But what a surprise we got on the 20th around 6pm. what a wonderful post office!

I use the post office on N 59th Avenue in Glendale and want to say the service there is excellent. The people are friendly and efficient.

Very poor service when a package sets at a distribution center in kansas city kansas for 1 to3 weeks!!!!!!

No longer using usps... package went to Jacksonville FL and sat there for a week before moving on... are they on vacation there?

Priority package is sitting in Fayetteville for three days after taking 5 days to go 500 miles... 8 days and still nowhere to be found. Usps is not scanning at each point and then letting packages sit..and they are expected to handle voter mail? lol

The entire staff at the Punta Gorda, FL post office are terrific. Brenda happened to help me today as I mailed some packages out. Like the rest of the staff she was friendly, professional, efficient and happy. All the staff there take care, very patiently, with the great number of elderly customers they have. I've never seen a single misstep in their performance. Great work, everyone.

Sent 2 packages. 1 looks like it will be arriving on time but, the other was due on Monday and tracking is still showing it's in Indianapolis and has no confirmation time when it will be received in New Mexico it was supposed to arrive yesterday so I'm getting a little upset so my rate is one*if that.
