USPS review by Kenny Marshall

I shipped a poster through usps in sturdy tube, the poster was mint condition from 1977 signed by the person Ace Frehley of kiss and was a numbered edition. It looked as though a forklift ran over it twice and tore the poster to shreds. I took out insurance through usps and that's what it sold for $475 and I filed a claim and got denied 3 times to where I couldn't appeal it again. So what's the insurance for if you dont stand behind it. I sent pictures and payment the buyer made but didnt help at all so I'm out $475 because usps insurance is just something to blow your money on. I believe in standing behind what you sell but usps dont see it that way.
