Overall I’m satisfied with USPS. Couple things though. Many times mail gets delivered to the wrong address. I’ve received letters and bills that belong to one of my neighbors. Something that is not caused by COVID. The other point I’d like to make is some of the workers in the Post Office are rude and act like you are bothering them to do their job. I know everybody has bad days, but when you see this multiple times, it makes you really wonder.

I’m waiting on two packages from Florida to Algeria. It’s been two months and still haven’t received them. Who do I need to contact about this?

My package has been in transit since 2/13/21. Here we are at 4/7 and it's still in transit. contact USPS multiple times and they just tells me to keep waiting, Really? That's the best they can do?

The post office marked my contact lenses as Delivered/picked up at poat office and i am ot even in town , 3 times now santa cruz poat office has taken my contact lenses over 400.00 worth. Unbelievable
