My sister sent me a Christmas gift early December and I have yet to arrive. Tracking gives me no information. Christmas cards mailed out December 17 just arrived yesterday. Anniversary card sent from Knoxville MD at Christmas time has yet to arrive. Our anniversary was Jan. 2. Tracking number: 9405511699000159409238. Please help.

Worse service ever. No updates. States parcel wasn't delivered but doesn't update if it was redelivered for over 9 days. They also doesn't show the location of the post office where parcel is. Terrible service. Shameful in modern day society
