You found the parcel that I was told had not arrived, but it did! I followed the track. I won't lose the cost of the merchandise I paid for. I think I'm really going to be happy about this "lost" in the mail issue. Not lost at all! Thanks. This goes back to September--- almost 4 months ago, and the info was still available for me. I'm glad someone told me to track it. Thanks again! Patti

Worse service ever. No updates. States parcel wasn't delivered but doesn't update if it was redelivered for over 9 days. They also doesn't show the location of the post office where parcel is. Terrible service. Shameful in modern day society
