USPS accepted my package on Wednesday Aug 5 2020 and it sat in their possession until Saturday Aug 8 before they mailed it. My package priority box should have been delivered Saturday. I request my priority mail money back. My address is 3124 Roypom Dr. Louisville KY 40220

This is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. This entire system should be over hauled and placed in the hands of someone with no political affiliation or atleast hasn't contributed to any political campaign.
My package was there for 4 days they said each time I went there it was out for delivery.the last time I wasted an hour there for them to tell me were sorry but we just don't know where you're package went.nice
I had sent a package from Florida to Grafton mass. Last Thursday. $34.00 dollars. It was supposed to be there Aug 5th by 8:00 pm. The package is still not there. I have tried to track it. It just says in transit. In transit where? I just wanna know where my package is I sent? Never again.
Ordered Item July 23, it shouldn't take 3 weeks to be delivered, and tracking is awful. Today is August 6th, left Denver, not known where item is OR when to expect delivery.
This just shows that I will not be sending any parcels again through USPS, because if any of you were doing your job at any time I wouldn't get 3 generic responses (1 a month) to my lost parcel which reads "Search Request Update" with no update. Well I guess I will have to do your so called job for you. My recipient received their parcel 3 weeks ago. So if you were making any kind of effort to locate my parcel you wouldn't not have sent me your generic response of August 5th. Thank you for confirming my suspicions that there are very few people who know how to do their job at USPS. For a company who is based on customer service you are really going down the tubes on that. Here is an idea maybe you should send USPS employees including the upper echelon out for training, maybe where UPS sends there people. If I could you would get a minus 5 stars because you don't deserve a 1.
