I contacted UPS to always leave my packages is in the computer system I had some medicine to come in and not have not received it and it's lost because he did not leave it at my house I told him to leave my medicine I always sign up for that it's in the computer program logic sense can anyone get this straight

Worst customer service ever. Lost package over a month. Their system will not let me file a claim saying “ we cannot file a claim at this time “. I will never use UPS again. I have had 3 packages lost in the last 2 months.

I sent a package (a gift) to alum bank in Bedford County. The parcel was to arrive by 8pm. My parcel has been in Johnstown (one hour from Bedford) since 4pm, it is now 930. This is terrible service

I used Worldwide Express Pius to mail package to Hong Kong. Paid $122 to get it there in 5 days. It has been 9 days and my track numbers shows it is still waiting for pickup. I have called the store and Worldwide almost every day and get a different answer every time. I will never use this service again and will probably loose a job opportunity because of the inefficiency of this service. The only reason for 1 star is because I cannot submit without a rating. I am furious.

Ups is retarded, they lose large packages, say incorrect address when it is correct. Use some other carrier if you want to receive anything

Just had a package delivered. It's raining and the box was left outside my gate, next to the road for anybody to take. Didn't even open the gate and put it inside, much less bring it to my door step. This happens almost every time UPS delivers anything. They deserve several minuses!

If I could make this a negative star I would! I paid $77 to send a package to my niece for her birthday Sent it from Redmond OR over 5 days ago It went to Portland or Then Tacoma wa Then to Redmond Washington! Now it is in Hermanastin OR! It’s going to WYOMING It should have arrived there 2 days ago!! In a safe and timely manor I want my money back I Paid $77 dollars for. My package to be delivered Missed my nieces birthday thanks ups!
