Forget about it, use Australia Post! Package posted from QLD to VIC. It went via Sydney, Christchurch, back to Sydney and then Brisbane before getting to Melbourne. Absolutely hopeless!

Never had a problem with TNT always on time and always delivered my parcels with no problem

I found TNT to be great, fast delivery from interstate and friendly customer service when I phoned to enquire about the delivery date. I'd definitely recommend them. Thanks so much TNT, keep up the good work A+

I have been waiting for my parcel from adelaide and it has arrived in perth and they told me they dont know where the driver is if they are acting like they are not knowing where the driver is it is a rubbish company i dont deal with tnt anymore.

4 days to go 2 hrs down the road and it still has not moved, online tracking is useless and no one replies.

Terrible customer service, I ordered express postage and taken 5 days now and still nothing.

Rubbish. Parcel pickup was an hour away 5 days ago. Tracking provides no info. Should have driven down and collected it myself. Are you doing refunds?

Just Horrible and shocking!! I have paid 143$ for my package as it was very important to send my country. There were very very important documents. They gave me the estimated date 15th of May , it’s 26th of May they can’t even track it !!!!!!!!!! How come they open a shop for sending packages !! The lady was soo rude when I called her to track my documents as it is very very important to me! Still they can’t even give me any trace about my work package!!!!!!! It is really very important for me . Don’t even feel like to give any review . Wish there is a button to put negative review

What the..... Was in Sydney a week ago, ETA today in the hunter valley , now it's in Melbourne.....

The most ridiculous delivery I’ve ever seen. Tracking to nowhere? Unable to find where it is tracked? Confusing and down right pathetic. This is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen and blows my mind tnt is still operating. What a joke.
