7 days past due delivery date & NOW they can’t even locate my package let alone give me ETA . Promises to keep me informed/ updated on search but nothing until I contact them again. Website & customer assistance absolute f#%^*g joke
Worst for delivery. Been waiting 3 weeks for the rest of my consignment. I think they've lost it. How they can lose a 2.7 metre long tube is beyond me.
Very poor communication. 2 packages from Victoria to South Australia. 1 package arrived and sent back to depot. Rebooked online for next day delivery and nothing happened. Booked for 2 days later again and delivery arrived a day early. 1 parcel on pallet was broken up and only part of it delivered. No way to contact anyone apart from call centres, and they can't help with real time issues.
Great Website…,..too bad about their delivery service!! Suggest engage the services of Christine Holgare to crank up this place to be an acceptable level of standards. Slow delivery, poor communication. I wonder if TNT’s CEO gets his annual bonus paid on time?

Partial delivery received, has been a week, still waiting for the rest of my delivery. Tracking says held up due to national emergency. Why wasn't it all delivered at the same time!!?
Ordered an item from Brisbane store which they said was in stock 4 days ago, and they said it would be sent TNT Road to Perth. Tried to track it today, entered tracking number and TNT tracking site said it was picked up from Shanghai and was now sitting in Singapore Airport. WTF is going on with TNT, this is NO way to run a transport company. I have had items delivered from Brizzy in 5 days before, even during Covid, using different carriers.
Absolutely hopeless, their drivers can’t seem to operate a doorbell when there is 3 of us at home but they manage to stuff a partially completed sorry we missed you card in the door. On contacting the call centre they said they could drop the parcel at a newsagent 30kms away or it could be delivered the next day. I opted for the later and of course it doesn’t arrive. When I check their tracking it provides nothing except they are processing my parcel! Whatever they are charging for this ‘service’ is daylight robbery.

The entire system is full of errors. The consignment numbers are not recognised online, the 131150 number cannot recognise voice input, and the Authority to Leave notifications do not get through to the drivers. When you do finally get through to customer service you have an upwards of 30 minute wait; then the young woman speaks so fast with an Asian accent that you need to ask her to repeat 4/5 times. Very poor service.

Don't deserve a star. Can't speak to anyone. My parcel was picked 10, TEN, days ago and still hasn't been delivered, and I can't find out WHY or WHEN it will be delivered!
Said attempted delivery took place and card left. I waited at home all day and no delivery took place also no card left.
