Trying to track our delivery from NSW - impossible to make out where it is!

This item left Queensland on 12/10 it’s now the 20/10 I was told it would take four days and they do not even know where it is. Not happy
Very disappointed parcel collected 8/10 arrived at depot 40mins drive away on 14/10 I have been advised I have to wait for a delivery date of 20/10 why should it sit in a depot for 6 days ????? What does the word express mean???
Expected parcel by a guaranteed date...no contact that it would not arrive by that date. Not good enough.
They don't update their tracking. I just checked another late delivery and the tracking information was not up to date. Poor scanning and data entry procedures.
Tracking is way less detail than other couriers eg. DHL

Terrible! Got Notification that said my package was on the truck for delivery. Waited all day. Tried to Contact customer service With no information.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with in relation to deliveries. They give you the run around and tell you blatant lies. Their online tracking is for show. I had a courier driver laugh at me when I told him their depot advised he had my parcel onboard. I will boycott any business that uses them from herein. Unfortunately the business I purchased from won’t take responsibility and won’t issue a refund until these guys admit they lost my parcel. So lose lose for me. I can’t rate a zero unfortunately.
Sent a letter registered mail on September 1st and it still hasn't been delivered. Over two weeks. Very unhappy.
