Sent. a parcel in may still waiting for it to arrive at destination in China now its September

Waiting for a parcel from Royal Mail

Never received the packages with them

Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered by royal mail and yet they have failed to deliver as its a 48hr tracked item but yet its was sent from Wolverhampton and its now in Scotland but it was ment to be delivered to rhyl north wales what a joke

am unimpressed that even with globalpriority posting assurances at being with 3 /4 days delivery at the price paid it still has NOT arrived at the address given awful services 1 star at best

Sent an international tracked and signed for. Last update was 22nd June. No idea if letter has been delivered. Poor show Royalmail.com.
