There is no way to get in touch they dont answer phones and dont accept emails and of course they use the covid clause to hide there incompetent i only put one star because you have to put a rating to be able to submit review

Dreadful service. The item was redirected at my request to be collected from a local post office after the first attempt at home delivery, 2 days later and still no parcel! Where is my parcel?! Tracking says pending...and has done for 2 days! Zero star rating!

This is the most useless tracking system i’ve ever come across. Posted a Covid Home Test in an NHS Priority postbox. It was collected at 16:30 and “Delivered” to Tyneside MC at 20:15. Apparently its still sutting there 18 hours later. The tracking map linked to this package shows a van somewhere in a housing estate in Shiremoor and it hasn’t moved today. This isn’t anywhere near the Tyneside MC which i’m led to believe is in Gateshead. This is a critical government test for covid so i’m posting this entry on the ukgov covid feedback site. I’m worried sick my test is going to deteriorate and i’ll have to do it again. Pathetic service
