Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered by royal mail and yet they have failed to deliver as its a 48hr tracked item but yet its was sent from Wolverhampton and its now in Scotland but it was ment to be delivered to rhyl north wales what a joke
am unimpressed that even with globalpriority posting assurances at being with 3 /4 days delivery at the price paid it still has NOT arrived at the address given awful services 1 star at best
Sent an international tracked and signed for. Last update was 22nd June. No idea if letter has been delivered. Poor show Royalmail.com.
WY253285092GB - Said this was delivered to my address. A picture was taken that it was delivered outside the flat door. However it wasn't there when I arrived home so either the postman has nicked it or a neighbor. This is terrible service. Wasn't left in a safe place. You should of left it at a royal mail office so I could of come get it. That's 12 pound down the drain.
Generally very happy with the service. I do get angry when there is a note on my door saying “ leave all parcels by the bins” and then get a card saying it’s been taken to Canterbury. My flat is very secluded and protected by a video doorbell, I have several parcels left securely by my bin each week, so this really annoys me. Petrol to get to Canterbury and back aprox £8.00 which makes my eBay purchase very expensive, not to mention getting stuck in traffic to collect it.
Completely covered in irrelevant adverts making the information I logged in to see difficult to find on the page. Very unclear.
I paid for a guaranteed next delivery. Your system cannot find any information regarding my letter. Even worse I cannot navigate your system as to how I can complain, get an answer, possibly from a human being and ask for my money back if I ever get an answer!
I paid extra for a special delivery. Was told it would arrive before 1pm on Thursday but at 3pm it still hadn't arrived. Rang the customer service desk but had a totally useless girl called Hayley saying there's nothing she could do. What's the point of a customer service number when you get no help at all.
Always good service. On next day delivery by 1pm
Would leave a lower rating if I could. Departed so quickly I couldn’t get to the gates to answer him. Now the value of the package is lost as it was festival tickets.
Would be good if The Post Office was to deliver what it promises... Tracking a dead loss, why ask me if I want it tracked if you are unable to provide that service... Poor very poor
