Parcel received by PUNE TSO TMO at 2:45 AM on 14/9/22, not moved out till 7:30 PM on 15:9:22. Tracking shows no movement to Hadpsar Post Office. Poor service.

Service Was Poor, For 40 Days My International Parcel was stuck in IGI TMO, and Office contact Number also not Working...

Still waiting on parcel. Arrived in 13th May in local area. 10th June, still not arrived.

My parcel is missing in India. Sent on 24th April from Pune to Melbourne, India. It was sent back from Australia to India due to custom reason,not sure why. It shows received in India, and now itvis missing.

I have booked 2 parcels from Kolkata to Morocco via India Post on 26.02.22. I got to know that through parcel post it normally reaches minimum within 25days -28days maximum from the date of delivery to its destination place. After tracking got to see from Bombay it has been delivered on 16.03.22 . Today is 25.04.22 . I am very tensed and worried about my parcels as this is the first time I booked through India Post and got some school books and clothes for my daughter. I hope I receive my parcels safe and secured. If there is any way pls suggest anyone of how to contact and where to contact about my parcels.

I donot recommend..behave of staff is not good.and parcel delay ..

If there is a award for the worst postal service in the world, it would go to India post. We pay for international express shipping, it took a damn month to reach their. And worst of all, the customer got only one item out of the three items inside the package. Complete wastage of money. If you want to save money, try some other not this INDIA POST. So, so dissapointed. I wish there was 0.000001 option as well to rate !!!!!!!!
