My package is two days late
Worst package delivery service ever. Too bad can’t give it zero stars
Lost three of my packages and now one package is still in Houston Texas for four of five days and was to deliver to me on January 18, 2021, at Burner Texas, still have not gotten my package yet.
They are never up to date and nothing ever comes when it says it’s supposed to arrive. The customer service reps are extremely rude as well .
It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my package. Fedex is worse.

They lost my 1st package somehow I called the supplier they sent another fedex tracking system leaves a lot to be desired along with fedex ground requiring a signature I think when I start ordering products online I’m going to have to request that it’s shipped with anyone but fedex I’m sure like everyone else they will blame this on covid
I reportes an issue on 12/23 they decided to close account and send a New card today is 01/06 and no one at amex or fedex can say where my card Is . All they say enroute to you. All calla were useless, they claim they can not call delivery people to know where is the package.
Concerning Fedex Tracking #781546929296 Ref.#12534084... After more than 2 weeks and 21 emails to FedEx I could get no help on determining if my package was correctly delivered. The package was sent to a residence but was reported to have been delivered to a front desk/receptionist. The package was sent with a signature requirement, but was not signed for. I paid $73 for a package that weighed less 2 ounces, but have no assurance that the right person ever got the package. You can be assured I will never use FedEx again. You deserve a 0 for your non-service.
I was phoned this morning @ 8 AM by Fed Ex that my delivery would arrive today, Tuesday, by the end of business. Well now I find out that at 6:00 pm still no delivery and after wasting a complete day waiting for my delivery I find out that it would not be delivered until tomorrow??? Terrible customer service here! The only solution here is to switch to UPS or Canada Post!! They may tell the truth....
I've asked for my order to be extradited, which I was told it would be 1,to 2 business days and yet it has been four days and its 1235 and still have not received my package.
So far, not impressed in the least!! Would never use Fedex—Covid is not responsible for everything!!! Like poor service—HIRE more people!!!!
I think people are forgetting that covid is a thing and is making the shipping process sometimes longer than normal, note to self don't expect something to be here on time during the holidays with a global pandemic
Just wish it would tell me where pacage is on the road what tiwn or city its in right now
