Not satisfied at all, difficult communication and poor service. Fedex portal to track the parcel is out of order, not updated as it should be. One star for just existing. not going to recommend Fedex to anyone.

8 days so far from Texas to Colorado. No updates since 06/23/22. Lousy.

I receive packages multiple times a week and can only guess I had a substitute driver because he claimed the property was inaccessible since the north side of the street was closed and he would have had to go to the south side of the street to deliver my package. Since it was from work and I wasn't expecting it by the time I could get to the store they delivered it to it was already shipped back. Worst worst customer service ever trying to deal with this!

lack of communication, bouncing package between two fedex locations, promises to update status left unfulfilled.... Compared to DHL who communicates every step of the way...

My shipment was suppose to arrive a week ago to France from Poland. It arrived in France and then it went to Portugal where it got lost. I always said the postal service in France was horrid and this confirms it.

Package was promised to be delivered for my grandson’s birthday on June 20. It did not arrive. Disappointed!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday! However upon checking it is in MANITOBA! It was in Ontario but today it’s in Manitoba! I live in Thunder Bay Ontario!!!!!!!!poor service my tracking number is 565438019162

Worst delivery company ever. They lie and packages go to about 4 different places why? Get updates for the day and time it will be at the address to be delivered and thank it changes 2 days later. No excuses. When it says it should be there than it should.

Worst service. My parcel was not delivered since a month now. It was in Houston for 15 days and later returned back to shipper in Memphis and still showing in transit. I’m very much dissatisfied with fedex service.

Excellent Service, even completed an address change in route. Still delivered on time…Outstanding!!

My package has been in Durham, Sacramento, Manteca, and now in Stockton CA. Facilities in the past 5 days it hasn't left California yet, makes no sense
