Worst ever delivery service...i suggest no one to use this reckless services ...no update at all...no customer support...they don't understand how important and how much urgent that was.

Parcel sat at hub in Richmond for days. No updates, no delivery date. Are they all have Covid at the same time every time I order something and get it sent via Canada Post?? Parcel sent by Pony Express would arrive sooner...0 stars.

My parcel post shipment has been in transit from Stony Creek, Ontario to Burlington, Ontario for 13 days - I have tried to get answers as to status of the and when my shipment will be delivered - no one in the Canada Post has been able to tell where my shipment is and when it will be delivered. The package contains a returned item and my refund is on hold pending the delivery of the package. 13 days intransit from Stony Creek to Burlington is ridiculous.

I sending from Chicago on May 14. The package still in Mississauga by May 19. We need in Aurora! When...

Why is there no udates on the shipping in general? It shows you where the parcel is on a date you go online. They should be telling customers to purchase a crystal ball. So we all could tell in what hub the parcels wil get stuck for days...

Every package sits in Calgary for several days before delivery to Drumheller. Postal staff must all have COVID-19. Federal employees are overpaid for sure!!

We were at home today when the package was supposedly underliverable. The required signature was not obtain; the package was left in the community mailbox. This is after it went from North York to Newmarket to Mississsauga to Holland Landing to Newmarket in its travels. What gives? Why should I pay for this supposed service which took the package 10 days to travel here and yet was not signed for? What kind of service is this?

When you look at most of the reviews being a 1 star somebody at Canada Post needs to wake up, YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Paid $15 from Toronto to Tampa to arrive in 9 business days. Been sitting in Chicago for days according to tracking. Was supposed to arrive by now. Should have just put a stamp for $1.30 except that’s taking 6 weeks at least to arrive. Don’t know if u.s. issue but painfully slow delivery lately.

Useless. Was supposed to be shipped express from Ottawa and its now 5 days and I can’t find out where it is. Recently had a package shipped from India in that time with FedEx. What a difference!
